Rockin’ J Ranch has brought a real cowboy lifestyle to South Jersey. Straight from Texas, Morgan and Brian Johnson have come to teach you how to ride the cowboy way. Brian and Morgan are award winning horsemen who have repeatedly produced successful horses/ponies and winning riders locally and nationally.
Located at 236 N. Leipzig Avenue, Egg Harbor City, N.J. 08215, the ranch offers everything you need to get a taste of being a real cowboy or cowgirl! Of course there are the western horse riding lessons, but also barrel and roping lessons, goat tying, and horse reining! Rockin’ J Ranch also offers boarding for horses and horse leasing.

Rodeo team
Rockin’ J Ranch works with the New Jersey High School Rodeo Team (NJHSRT), an amazing program we encourage all of our kids to join. There are many events during the school year to choose from for ages starting as young as five through senior year. We travel to and compete against other states on the East Coast. Our kids gain great experience and Rockin’ J makes it simple and easy to participate.
We also offer opportunities outside of the high school rodeo team to travel with Rockin J. We visit other barns to assist our kids in gaining exposure and experience. You can attend at least two shows off property before making the commitment to join the high school rodeo team. Message us today to start rodeoing tomorrow!
